The Tre Cime di Lavaredo are among the most famous peaks in the Dolomites, on the border of the Sesto Dolomites and Auronzo di Cadore, considered among the best known natural wonders in the world of mountaineering, with the Cima Grande representing one of the classic north faces of the Alps, and allow a panoramic view of the surrounding peaks and the Tre Cime Natural Park.
The Three Peaks are composed of: the Cima Piccola is the lowest (2,857 m);
The highest is the Grande, that is the central (2,999 m a.s.l.);
The second is the Cima Ovest (2,973 m).
